These seasoned professionals bring decades of hospitality, sales, and culinary excellence to the Atomic Golf team, setting the stage for a dynamic launch in 2024.

Ashley Vaughn – National Director of Sales

Ashley Vaughn will lead group sales efforts, corporate bookings, and strategic partnerships, while also shaping the overall sales forecast and community engagement strategy. Her resume includes top roles at Topgolf, the University of Nebraska, and Oregon State University, where she specialized in sales, sports management, and events.

Douglas Wagenhauser – Executive Chef

Chef Douglas Wagenhauser will curate and lead Atomic Golf’s culinary program, ensuring every guest enjoys chef-driven food offerings across six full-service bars and premium dining areas. He brings experience from top culinary destinations including Stack, T-Bones Steakhouse at Red Rock, Neiman Marcus, and The Bootlegger, and also served as a Task Force Chef for Hyatt Hotels.

Randall Canha – General Manager

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Randall Canha will manage operations, service standards, and team development at Atomic Golf. His past leadership includes work with Ritz-Carlton Kapalua Maui, Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay, and top Las Vegas nightlife and entertainment brands like LIGHT Group and Hakkasan Group.
