Job Description: Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for technology and a track record
of managing IT infrastructure effectively? If so, we invite you to join Atomic Golf as an IT Manager. In
this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our technological systems,
enhancing our guest experiences and supporting our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software
applications.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data
and systems.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement solutions that
align with business goals.
• Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements, recommending upgrades and improvements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and business needs.
• Availability for occasional on-call support.
